Dating site HowAboutWe just closed another additional round of funding. For those that do not know of or have ever heard of HowAboutWe, it is an online dating site that is similar to that of OkCupid and Match.com. It was founded in 2009, and was launched in 2010. What makes it different from others is that it not only focuses on singles, but has spun off an additional product that focuses only on couples. This is what makes the company unique, in that it helps couples find interesting events that they can share and enjoy together. Items include everything from wine tasting to taking hiking trips together.
As of now, the company claims that it is adding 100,000 new users a month. That is impressive. With the online dating world being so saturated, it is impressive to see HowAboutWe continuing its success and able to gain new users. Hopefully they can continue their momentum and keep on growing!
